What does Trellis actually deliver?
Data preparation, statutory structuring, and independent PhD expert review of the materials you supply — formatted to published pathway guidelines. We do not guarantee agency rulings, approvals, or timelines. Complimentary revisions cover structural/formatting RFIs on the delivered package, not new lab data or expanded scope.
How do incubators and TA funds buy?
Use the same DTC prices. Five Barrier & Data Gap Reports is 5 × $5,000 = $25,000 on one invoice. Build the line items in the quote tool, or email info@trelliscompliance.co if you need a custom PO format.
Do you accept ACH / invoice / P-Card?
Yes. Card and P-Card when Stripe is live; ACH and invoice anytime via the quote tool or email. Tax-exempt nonprofits can claim exemption on the quote and upload a certificate.
Where do I get your W-9 and insurance docs?
Everything procurement usually asks for lives in the Buyer center — W-9, certificate of insurance, security & privacy summary, data storage agreement, and terms.
Is a signed contract required?
High-ticket dossier sprints use a short order form acknowledgment (typed name + date) tied to your quote. If your legal team needs a longer MSA or wet/e-signature packet, we can route that through DocuSeal or Dropbox Sign — ask when you request the quote.
How long does a sprint take?
3–6 weeks from complete intake (answers + source files) to deliverable for standard engagements. We email when an expert is assigned, when review starts, and when your package is ready.
