Invoices & tax exemption

Build a multi-item cart (for example 5 × Barrier & Data Gap Report). We generate a printable invoice from what you selected. If the line items need to look different for a PO system, email us the quote ID.

Build a quote / invoice

U.S. tax-exempt nonprofits can claim exemption on the quote form and upload a state exemption certificate. We keep each certificate with the invoice record. Stripe Tax customer exemptions can be applied later when card checkout goes live — that Stripe feature does not store certificates for you.

Order forms & e-signature

For most purchases, the quote page captures a typed order acknowledgment (name, title, date) tied to the invoice ID. That is enough for many P-Card and micro-purchase flows.

When a buyer’s legal team requires a longer MSA or wet/e-signature packet, we recommend:

1. DocuSeal — open-source; can self-host or use their cloud; easy to attach a signed PDF to the Trellis invoice ID.
2. Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) — polished third-party when you want managed uptime and templates.
3. Cloudflare + email — we can add a Workers webhook later to mark an invoice “countersigned” when the signed PDF lands in the vault.

We are not building a custom e-sign crypto stack in v1. Ask info@trelliscompliance.co when you need the longer packet.
