What we do not guarantee
- Government agency approvals, clearances, or timelines
- That an agency will not issue a Request for Information (RFI)
- Scientific completeness if key data was never provided
- Outcomes from third-party AI tools you choose to use on your own
Trellis ResponseShield
Filing and dossier packages include a defined number of structural / formatting RFI revision rounds on the delivered package (standard: two). Extended coverage is available as an add-on. New laboratory data, expanded scope, or strategy changes are out of scope for complimentary rounds.
Insurance
Hortiki Plants LLC maintains professional liability coverage appropriate to consulting operations. Procurement teams can download the current certificate from the Buyer center when posted, or request it by email.
